Npower January Payment: Kindly provide an authorised letter from your bank in respect to the closing of your account - Npower
If you are an Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer and your bank account was closed by the Central Bank of Nigeria recently and this has prevented you from receiving your Npower January payment as well as other payments, please get a letter from your bank, letter must be stamped and signed, then attach letter, your Npower ID, your new bank account details and other banking documents such as BVN print out and send to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, failure to do this will cause all payments made to your account by Npower to become failed payments.
Npower told an affected Npower Batch C stream 1 volunteer exactly what to do when faced with similar situation, see conversations below;
"Dear Npower. The account i used for receiving npower payment has been closed down by CBN. How can I change my account to other bank? I can no longer recieve payment on the account i have on my dashboard."
"Hello Sir,
Thank you for contacting us.
Please kindly provide an authorised letter from your bank in respect to the closing of your account and forward it to us."
