Npower management have informed all Npower Batch C volunteers that have not been paid their November and December payment that these payments will be paid as backlogs when payment commences.

Backlog payments are made asides thea regular payments, when backlog payments commences it will reflect on the payment status of the Npower Batch C volunteers on their NASIMS profile, if you are an Npower Batch C volunteer and you have not been paid for November and December continue to check your NASIMS profile for updates, backlog payments will be made before the Npower Batch C program ends.

Backlogs are payment arrears being owed an Npower Batch C volunteer due to failed payments probably as a result of technical challenges during payments, names mismatch issues and wrong bank account informations.

An Npower Batch C volunteer should make sure he or she has sent his or her Npower ID and complaint to Npower customer care agents before expecting backlogs otherwise you will not be paid even when backlog payments starts.
