Some Npower Batch C Volunteers have been complaining that their November payment status is displaying failed payment and they have not been paid, read statement from an Npower Batch C Volunteer below, infact the Npower Batch C Volunteer said the support email bounces when he tries to lay his complain.

My mail bounce back each time I send email

Please if you are having any form of payment issues be it September, October, November and even December payment issues or any payment issue please avoid sending emails for now, please put a call through to Npower customer care agent on the numbers 092203102, 018888148 an Npower customer care agent will quickly attend to you, just send in your Npower ID and your case will be treated, the Npower customer care agent are highly proactive and extremely responsive to requests.
