How to complete your biometrics fingerprint enrollment capture successfully

If you are an Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer and after checking your nasims verification page you got the screening message saying "congrats on passing the screening phase. We just want to verify some of your details and you will be good to go. If you feel you missed out on any important detail during the application phase, kindly send an email to our support team via support.npower@nasims.gov.ng", but on attempting to login into the biometrics enrollment application you observed that it always comes up with pop ups saying "error in transaction" "BVN already validated" "an error occured" and so on, please in order for you to capture your fingerprint successfully please ensure to complete your biometrics on a computer system by following the procedures below:

If you are an Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer, prior to carrying out the biometrics fingerprint enrollment capture, ensure that the biometrics software is installed on the computer system to be used for completing the biometrics fingerprint enrollment capture exercise, to install the NASIMS Biometric Capture Client Software, kindly follow the procedures outlined below. (Please note, if the biometrics software is already installed please skip the below process)

1) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should visit the software website via https://nasimsbiometric.blob.core.windows.net/enrollment/Publish.htm

2) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteers should download and install the required NASIMS Biometrics Prerequisite for your computer system specifications.

3) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should click on “Install” to install the NASIMS (N-Power) Biometrics Enrollment Client software.

4) After successfully installing the NASIMS (N-Power) biometrics Enrollment Client , click on “Launch” to start the application. Then complete the steps outlined on your computer or laptop screen.

5) After the Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer have completed the biometrics software installation, the biometrics enrollment client application will open.

6) Click open the NASIMS (N-POWER) Fingerprint Biometrics Enrollment Application on your Computer or laptop.

7) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should enter his or her NASIMS ID and Password in the provided spaces.

8) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should click on “Proceed” to Login into the NASIMS (N-POWER) Biometrics Enrollment Client user interface.

9) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should ensure the fingerprint biometric scanning device is connected to the computer system.

10) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should click on “Begin Enrollment” to start the enrollment process.

11) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should click on the finger icon to begin the biometrics enrollment process.

12) The Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer is to enroll the Right thumb, Right index, Left thumb and Left index fingers for successful enrollment.

13) After the Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer have successfully completed the biometrics fingerprint enrollment, the Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer should click on “Submit” to save the biometric enrollment

The Npower biometrics enrollment client will not work on smart phones such as Androids, iPhones or other handheld devices.
