How to fix "BVN already used" issue on nasims verification page
If you are an Npower batch c stream 2 volunteer under the graduate category or you are an Npower batch c volunteer under the non graduate category and whenever you click on the fingerprint verification tab, the error message always pops up saying "BVN has already been used" please this error message is simply a software issue, please follow the procedures below to fix this issue when attempting to complete your biometrics verification process:
1) The Npower batch c volunteer should click the fingerprint verification button, please use a laptop or computer system preferably this task should be done at a cybercafe previously used for the Npower NASIMS biometrics fingerprint enrollment exercise.
2) The Npower Batch C Volunteer will be taken to an online form.
3) The Npower batch c volunteer should attempt to fill the online form.
4) The Npower batch c volunteer will observe an error message saying “BVN has already been used” on the screen.
5) The Npower Batch C Volunteer should bypass and ignore filling out the online form that pops out when he or she clicks on the "capture your fingerprint button" on the nasims portal.
6) The Npower batch c volunteer can only perform the above task if the computer system being used has the nasims npower biometrics fingerprint capturing client software.
7) The Npower batch c volunteer should login into the nasims npower biometrics client fingerprint enrollment application software using his or her Npower ID number and password.
8) Capture your fingerprint using the fingerprint enrollment scanner.
9) The Npower batch c volunteer is expected to capture all your fingers starting from the left hand to the right.
Please note that the above tasks cannot be done using a mobile phone, please visit a cybercafe and make sure they already have the nasims npower client fingerprint enrollment software and the fingerprint scanner properly installed.
