How to fix january payment under "processing" for weeks without changing to "paid" issue
If your Npower january payment status has been on 'processing' for weeks now and it has not changed to 'paid' please kindly report the situation to Npower, although the "Processing" status have to become 'failed' before it is resolved and when payment is re-initiated or restarted you will be paid, the reason why it is under "processing" for long is due to network challenges, although the Npower batch c volunteer might eventually be credited on the long run.
If you are faced with the situation above that is your january payment status is still under "Processing" then send your complaint to Npower or NASIMS Instagram handle at Npower_ng and nasims.ng respectively, please when sending in your complain please send an attached screenshot of your payment status capturing the January payment status with the "Processing" status displayed.
