How to fix Npower february payment "failed" issue

If you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and you were paid previously, but your payment status on nasims displays "failed" for February payment, reason "INVALID ACCOUNT" or "transfer unsuccessful" or "transaction does not exists" or "transaction failed" whichever and whatever the reason, please do not attempt to edit or alter your account details, please your account is fine and okay.

The reason why you are having the "failed" payment status, was because during the payment process of crediting your account, there was a minor network glitch and this affected the stipend from being credited into your bank account hence the "failed" payment, nonetheless if you are faced with the Npower February "failed" payment status issue, this is all you have to do;


1) Send your Npower verification ID and payroll screenshot to Npower on Instagram at Npower_ng after searching for the handle on Instagram and click on message, then forward your message to the Npower customer service agent.


2) Send your Npower verification ID and payroll screenshot to nasims on Instagram at nasims.ng after searching for the handle on Instagram and click on message, then forward your message to the nasims customer service agent.


3) Call Npower customer care agent on 092203102 or 018888148 follow the voice prompt and press 1, send your Npower ID when making your complain to the Npower customer service agent.


Please after lodging your complain, please do not send another message, it will make your issue not to be treated promptly, once you lodge a complain exercise patience and wait for it to be resolved, repeating the same complain over and over again will only delay your payment issues. Once the Npower February payment issue is resolved, it has to be re-initiated, then you will be credited when it is re-initiated, payment reinitiation is not done individually, all failed payment issues have to be resolved first, then the Npower February payment is restarted.
