How to fix Npower january payment and Npower october payment issues

If you are an Npower batch c stream 1 volunteer and you are having the following payment issues on your Npower january payment and Npower october payment such as:


1) payment failed

2) payment processing for long

3) Invalid account response

4) transaction failed

5) transfer unsuccessful

6) pending payment issues

7) failed payment status

8) blank payroll status

9) paid on payment status but not credited issues


The above payment issues can be resolved by:


1) sending your Npower ID and payment status attached to Instagram through Nasims handle at nasims.ng, just download the Instagram app and search for nasims.ng and click on message.


2) sending your Npower ID and payment status attached to Instagram through Npower handle at Npower_ng, just download the Instagram app and search for Npower_ng and click on message.


3) by phone conversation with Npower customer care agent on 092203102 or 018888148 and sending in your Npower ID after making your complain.


4) By sending in your payment statement status and your Npower ID and your issues to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng


Although some issues like 2, 8 and 9 have to do with network issues during payments, for payments issues regarding "paid" but not credited, please attach your bank statement of account and payment status from nasims when making your complain to Npower.
