How to fix Npower january payment issues

If you are an Npower batch c volunteer and you were paid for other months but after checking your payment status, your Npower January payment says 'failed', and reason, transfer not successful, failed transaction, invalid account, user does not exist or any of the error messages displayed during failed payment, if you are faced with this Npower January payment issue here is all you have to do:


HOW TO FIX JANUARY PAYMENT ISSUES USING INSTAGRAM


1) The Npower batch c volunteer should download the Instagram application from Google playstore and install the Instagram app, after downloading the Instagram application please lunch the Instagram application, after lunching the Instagram application, register with your email address or phone number, you can use any email address or the email address you used for your Npower registration or the phone number used for Npower registration, generate your password, you might be required to click the link sent into your email inbox before you can login.


2) Once you confirm your login details, login into the Instagram application, once the Instagram page opens, you will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.


3) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says search 🔍, enter Npower_ng or nasims.ng into this search field, then click on "message" button, when you click on the "message" button all you have to do is compose a brief message saying you have not been paid for January and put your Npower verification ID, attach your January payment status image from nasims and click on "send".


4) After doing this please do not repeat the task, just wait and keep checking your Instagram application for response, even if you did not get any response, your complaint has been received, and treated, so that once January payment is re-initiated as backlogs you will be paid.




HOW TO FIX JANUARY PAYMENT ISSUES USING TWITTER


1) The Npower batch c volunteer should download the twitter application from Google playstore and install the twitter app, after downloading the twitter application please lunch the twitter application from your mobile phone or laptop depending on the device you are using, after lunching the twitter application, register with your email address or phone number, you can use any email address or the email address you used for your Npower registration or the phone number used for Npower registration, generate your password, you might be required to click the link sent into your email inbox before you can login.


2) Once you confirm your login details, login into the telegram application, once the twitter page opens, you will see an icon on the footer of the page, the icon resembles a magnifying glass icon 🔍 click on it.


3) After clicking on the magnifying glass icon 🔍, it opens another page, you will see a search field at the top of the page which says 🔍 Search Twitter, enter @npower_ng into this search field, then click on the sky blue round circle with feather and a + sign located at the bottom right hand corner of the page, when you click on this sky blue round circle, all you have to do is compose a brief message saying you have not been paid for January and put your Npower verification ID, attach your January payment status image from nasims and click on "Tweet" in a sky blue capsule shape at the top right hand corner.


4) After doing this please do not repeat the task, just wait and keep checking your Twitter application under the notification bell icon at the footer of the page, for response, even if you did not get any response, your complaint has been received, and treated, so that once January payment is re-initiated as backlogs you will be paid.


HOW TO FIX JANUARY PAYMENT ISSUES USING NASIMS



To fix or resolve your Npower January payment issues on nasims follow the simple steps below:


1) Visit nasims.gov.ng


2) Scroll down to the bottom of the page click on the green round smile icon at the bottom of the page.


3) Once you click on the green round smile icon, another page pops up, which says "Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible"


4) Input your names, your email address preferably your Npower email address and compose your message and include your Npower ID, then click on ">Submit"


After completing the above task allow for 24 - 48 hours and keep checking your email for feedback, once your message is received it will be treated and when Npower January payment is re-initiated or when backlog payment commences you will be paid.
