How to use Npower email address to lay your complaint

Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers might have several issues and complaint to table before Npower, but might not really know how to go about it, infact most Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteers do not even know how to contact Npower through their email address, if you are an Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer and you have some complaint and issues but you do not know how to reach Npower through email, please follow the steps below to get your message across to Npower;


HOW TO USE NPOWER EMAIL ADDRESS TO LAY YOUR COMPLAINT


1) The Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer should download and install the Gmail app from Google playstore, then sign up using your unique email address you created and your unique password, you will be required to confirm your email address and password, after verifying your email address and password, then you sign in, please note that if you already have the Gmail app you can just click on the Gmail app and go straight to compose message.




2) The Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer should click on compose at the bottom right corner of the inbox page.



3) The Npower Batch C stream 2 volunteer after clicking the compose tab will see the message window, showing To: this should be your email address, From: this should be Npower email address support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or socialmedia.npower@gmail.com (in some Gmail app you will be told to add recipient, your recipient should be support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or socialmedia.npower@gmail.com) Subject: This should be the issue or complaint, then the body of your message, should be written in the format as shown below;




4) Click on the send > arrow at the top right corner of the message window, you can also click on the "safety pin" icon beside the send > button to attach document, files, pictures, etc.



5) Once you send your message it is delivered to Npower, just give the complain time to be treated.


6) To check if your message was delivered click on the three horizontal lines at the left top corner of the inbox page, then click on > sent, your sent message will appear, showing that your message was delivered.



7) To check for feedback or if your message was replied, click on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the inbox page, then click on inbox, the inbox receives all feedbacks and replies from sent messages.
