According to Npower in a response to a question raised by an Npower volunteer regarding the issue of the second batch of the Npower Nexit training, Npower have said that "as soon as the second batch of the Npower Nexit training commences it will be notified on all our social media platforms",

what this means is that before the Npower Nexit training starts it will be made public through all Npower verified handles all over the internet and Npower volunteers will be notified publicly and individually through the Npower Nexit training invitation from the Npower Nexit training consultants via email or text message.

The second batch of the Npower Nexit training according to Nneka Ikem the Special Assistant, Media & Publicity to the Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Sadiya Umar Farouq, about 391583 from 467183 Npower volunteers have already been selected for the second batch, the second batch Npower Nexit training will last for a week, just like the first batch and Npower volunteers that completes the second batch Npower Nexit training will be given certificates at the end of the Npower Nexit training and soft loan to start a business of their choice.

Once the list of the 391583 Npower volunteers are concluded, it is sent to the Npower Nexit training consultants to commence the Npower Nexit training, before the Npower Nexit training starts, Npower volunteers for the second batch should start receiving training invitations and notifications through their email and publicly through Npower verified social handles.

The soft loan will be disbursed after the second batch have completed their training, issued certificates and have all submitted their business plans, the business plans will be submitted by the state Npower nexit training coordinators and state Npower nexit training consultants after necessary adjustments, to the Central Bank of Nigeria, the soft loan will get to the Npower volunteers through NIRSAL Micro Finance Bank after it has been duly processed.
