Npower October payment displaying "failed" will be paid as backlog

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and your payment status displays 'failed' for October stipend, please note that it will be paid as backlog when backlog payment begins, backlog payments are made quarterly that is in every three to four months from the time the failed payment status displays or reflects on your payment status, after payment reinitiation for backlog payments and your October payment displays failed the payment process is continued in another three to four months and the payment cycle continues.

Although this might not be necessary if you were paid for previous months, but if you must have to complain to Npower concerning October failed payment then you can contact Npower on 092203102 or 018888148 and send your Npower ID or visit nasims Instagram page on nasims.ng, or send an email to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng do not forget to send your Npower ID when tabling your issues.
