Reason why your January payment status displayed "failed" and solutions

If your January payment status displays "failed" it simply means that you were credited but the stipend failed to enter your bank account due to the following reasons below:


1) Network glitch: Your account was under processing for long and when it was just about being credited it failed and payment was reversed due to network glitches during the time of payment.


2) Names Mismatch: Either your NASIMS profile names do not match your account names or BVN names or recently you changed your names probably due to marriage, this can affect your payment and will lead to failed payment.


The solution to the above is to exercise patience and wait for the payment to be restarted, alternatively you can contact Npower on 092203102 or 018888148 and send your Npower ID or visit nasims Instagram page on nasims.ng, for the names mismatch simply send a screenshot of your BVN names and inform Npower that you want the nasims profile names to reflect the names on the BVN print out, if your January payment status is "Processing" just exercise patience you will be paid.
