Npower Physical Verification: What To Do When You Receive The Message "Unable To Retrieve Physical Verification Center"

Npower applicants attempting to check their physical verification venue by dialing the nasims ussd code *45665# and keep receiving the message below;

"Unable to retrieve Physical Verification Center please send an email to support.npower@nasims.gov.ng."

Should dial the nasims ussd code tomorrow evening and you will be able to see your physical verification venue, as we speak the physical verification venue is being uploaded and it will be fully completed by tomorrow, Npower applicants that have the "fingerprint captured ✓" icon at their verification page, should note that they have been selected for the physical verification and by tomorrow the physical verification venue will be displayed.
