1) Npower technical team working to resolve the following Npower stipend issues;

Failed Npower September stipend payment.

Failed Npower October stipend payment.

Failed Npower November stipend payment.

Failed Npower December stipend payment.

Failed Npower January stipend payment.

Failed Npower February stipend payment.

Failed Npower March stipend payment.

Failed, pending and processing Npower April stipend payment.

Failed, pending and processing Npower May stipend payment.

2) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with payment issues are to send Npower ID, complaint and screenshot of affected month to socialmedia.npower@gmail.com or to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.

3) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries owed three months training allowance are to send name of training centre to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.

4) Update on Npower NEXIT training will come to Npower batch a and Npower batch b beneficiaries in a short while.

5) Npower batch C stream 2 deployment will start soon.

6) Npower physical verification, closed.

7) Npower batch C stream 2 beneficiaries with pending physical verification missed the Npower physical verification and should stay tuned for updates regarding the Npower physical verification exercise on Npower verified social media handles.

8) Npower ppa letter not ready on Npower portal yet.

9) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with blank payment status for the month of April and May are to send a signed attestation letter from their supervisors and State focal person and forward attestation letter to socialmedia.npower@gmail.com or to Npower twitter handle @npower_ng.

10) All failed Npower stipend will be reinitiated and paid as backlog.

11) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with names mismatch will not receive backlog payments until documents showing correct bank account names are sent to Npower technical team.

12) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries yet to submit attestation letter will not receive backlog payments until attestation letter have been submitted.

13) Npower selection and shortlisting process completed.

14) Npower batch C stream 2 beneficiaries under non graduate category will be verified at their training centres, training centres to be communicated soon.

15) Npower batch C stream 1 beneficiaries that have forwarded their complaint regarding payment issues, will get their pending/failed payment, as complaint has been escalated to Npower technical team for swift resolution.
