All failed Npower stipend will be paid, failed stipend payment complaint have been received by the Npower technical team and will be resolved and reinitiated as backlog payments. All Npower Batch C stream 1 beneficiaries with names mismatch issues and payment on hold issues are to send their complaints and Npower ID to Npower email address support.npower@nasims.gov.ng or Npower Twitter handle @npower_ng and it will be escalated to the Npower technical partners and reinitiated.

Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries will receive their payment and their payroll data will be updated only after the Npower Batch C stream 2 deployment process is completed.
