1) The Npower batch c beneficiary should request for a change of name (affidavit) from a lawyer.

2) The Npower batch c beneficiary upon obtaining the affidavit should forward the affidavit, Npower ID and complaint to Npower privately through npower twitter handle @npower_ng or through Npower email npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng.
