1) Wrong Bank Account Number: The account number of the Npower beneficiary is wrong probably due to typing error when the Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiary was inputting his or her accounting details on the Npower portal during Npower registration.

After providing all the necessary account information the Npower batch c stream 1 beneficiary should not send the same message over and over again as this will delay the backlog payment reinitiation process.
