Npower Payment Issues
Npower payment issues are situations whereby an eligible Npower beneficiary fails to be credited with his or her Npower stipend when Npower payment was made, Npower payment issues are situations in which the Npower beneficiary has no payment data under his or her payment status on nasims portal or under the Npower portal, when this happens an Npower beneficiary might begin to see transaction failed on the Npower payment status under the Npower payroll tab, although having Npower payment issues do not mean that the Npower beneficiary will not be paid.
Causes Of Npower Payment Issues
The following below are common causes of Npower payment issues to mention a few:
1) Wrong BVN: If the BVN on the Npower beneficiary's nasims portal or Npower portal is not correct then the Npower beneficiary will not be paid and will have npower payment issues when payment begins.
2) Wrong Account Number: The account number entered into the nasims portal or Npower portal by the Npower beneficiary must be correct, once their is a slight error in the account number provided by the Npower beneficiary on the Npower portal or nasims portal then the Npower beneficiary will have npower payment issues when payment begins.
3) Wrong Account Names Mismatch: If the account names of the Npower beneficiary on the Npower portal or nasims portal fails to tally with the Npower beneficiary's bank account names or BVN names then the Npower beneficiary will have npower payment issues when payment begins, for instance if the Npower beneficiary's bank account name is Ezenwa Chiroma Bernard and on the Npower portal or nasims portal the Npower beneficiary's name is Ezenwa Moses then the Npower beneficiary will have Npower payment issues when payment begins, the correct account names on both the Npower portal or nasims portal and bank account names must be Ezenwa Chiroma Bernard.
4) Other Causes Of Npower Payment Issues
a. Physical Verification: If the Npower beneficiary fails to complete his or her physical verification the Npower beneficiary will have npower payment issues and will not be paid when payment begins.
b. Npower Deployment: An Npower beneficiary that fails to report to his or her place of primary assignment or always absent (absenteeism) and also fails to upload his or her Npower deployment letter to the Npower portal or nasims portal will have npower payment issues when payment begins.
How To Fix Npower Payment Issues
The following below are ways to fix Npower payment issues to mention a few:
1) Npower Beneficiary's BVN: The BVN provided by the Npower beneficiary must be correct, Npower beneficiary that had provided wrong BVN should kindly provide the correct BVN, and their Npower ID to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng or via Npower official twitter handle @npower_ng or call Npower customer care on 092203102, 018888148.
2) Npower Beneficiary's Account Number: Npower beneficiary that mistakenly provided the wrong account number can fix Npower payment issues by kindly providing the correct account number, and their Npower ID to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng or via Npower official twitter handle @npower_ng or call Npower customer care on 092203102, 018888148.
3) Npower Beneficiary's Bank Account Names Mismatch: Npower beneficiary that had supplied the wrong bank account names, should kindly provide the correct bank account names as it appears on the bank account names and BVN and their Npower ID to Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng or via Npower official twitter handle @npower_ng or call Npower customer care on 092203102, 018888148.
4) Npower Physical Verification: Npower beneficiaries should check if they passed they passed the Npower physical verification under the verification tab on their Npower portal or nasims portal, once "passed" is displayed on the verification tab then it simply means that the Npower beneficiary completed the Npower physical verification successfully.
5) Npower Deployment: Npower beneficiaries not yet deployed should kindly contact Npower with their Npower ID through Npower email address at npowersupport@nsip.gov.ng or via Npower official twitter handle @npower_ng or call Npower customer care on 092203102, 018888148.
Alternatively Npower beneficiaries with payment issues can proceed physically to their Npower state focal person, the Npower state focal person is located at the state secretariat office.
