According to Npower on Npower portal the following will not be able to login into the Npower portal until the migration process is completed:

1) Npower batch c that are having "account not found" error on the Npower portal will not be able to login into the Npower portal until the migration process is completed on the Npower portal.

2) Npower batch c with "invalid email/password" error on the Npower portal will not be able to login into the Npower portal until the migration process is completed on the Npower portal.

Npower batch c that is unable to login into the Npower portal should kindly exercise patience and wait for the migration process to be completed on the Npower portal, once the Npower batch c can login it simply means that the migration process for that particular Npower batch c has been completed, Npower batch c that cannot login into the Npower portal simply means that the migration process for that particular Npower batch c has not been completed. The migration process is important for Npower batch c and is a requirement for getting Npower payment.
