1) Beneficiaries that have already received the federal government grant should ignore the data capturing message.

2) Beneficiaries that applied for the federal government grant and have done their NIN verification should ignore the data capturing message.

3) Beneficiaries that have close proximity that is are within their local government area but received the data capturing message can go for the data capturing.

4) Applicants yet to receive the federal government grant but stay far away from their local government area can check if they passed the NIN verification process, if they passed the NIN verification process they can ignore the message, but if they failed the NIN verification process they can honour the invitation and go to their local government area for data capturing.

5) Applicants that failed to provide adequate NIN or BVN details during the federal government grant application but sent the data capturing message can go to their local government area with their NIN.
