NPower: How To Fix "Date Of Birth Does Not Match BVN" Issue When Uploading PPA Letter

Please if you have completed your Npower physical verification and when trying to upload your PPA letter it keeps popping up the message, "your date of birth does not match BVN", simply go to your bank and rectify the date of birth on your BVN credentials, and after doing that request for your BVN print out from your bank.


After collecting your BVN with the required date of birth rectified, send an email to NPower NASIMS, the body of your email should include your Npower ID, your issue (in this case just say "date of birth mismatch with BVN), attach the corrected age in your BVN print out, and your email address used for N-Power registration should also be forwarded.


All information should be sent to NPower NASIMS email address support.npower@nasims.gov.ng, please do not send more than one email, after sending your email always check your Npower NASIMS portal and keep uploading the PPA document to see if the error has been rectified.


Sometimes these errors popping up might result from a temporary network glitch or a technical error from Npower NASIMS back end.
