Npower: What To Do If You Are Having Problem Accessing Your Npower Registered Email Address On Npower NASIMS
If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you keep getting the "email not found" error message after inputting your email address on the Npower NASIMS portal, to rectify this issue please ensure:
1) You are making use of the same email address you signed up with during your Npower pre-registration
2) The Npower Batch C Volunteer should go to his or her browser settings or application settings and clear data or clear cache
3) The Npower Batch C Volunteer should ensure that his or her keypad does not have the CAP LOCK on or the capital letters ON on the keypad.
4) The Npower Batch C Volunteer should ensure that there is no space before the email domain, computer recognizes space as a character and it might see it as another email when inputting it, for example Bernard @gmail.com is different from Bernard@gmail.com you will notice that in the first email there is a space between the Bernard and the @, the computer system recognizes that space as a character and you might not be able to login into the Npower NASIMS dashboard.
5) The Npower Batch C Volunteer should ensure that he or she is not typing his or her email with the ymail.com domain, for example Npower Batch C Volunteers using the Yahoo mail normally write their email as Bernard@ymail.com please the correct yahoo mail is Bernard@yahoo.com this will affect your login into the Npower NASIMS dashboard.
