Npower have assured Npower Batch C Volunteers that payment is ongoing, this is in response to a concerned Npower Batch C Volunteer's question see conversations between the Npower Batch C Volunteer and Npower;

If you are an Npower Batch C Volunteer and you have not received your Npower January payment please exercise patience as payment is ongoing, if you are yet to receive the Npower January payment please take note, the January payment will be restarted for Npower Batch C Volunteers with failed payment, if your payment status is saying 'processing' then when the January payment is re-initiated or restarted you will be paid, Npower October payment and other payments accrued from 2021 will be paid as backlogs when backlogs payments are restarted or re-initiated.

Those with failed Npower January payment status will be paid when Npower January payment is restarted or re-initiated, the reason why an Npower Batch C Volunteer is having 'failed payment' is because when January payment or a payment for a particular month was made, it bounced back either due to network issues or because it remained on 'processing' stage for way too long, hence the delay which led to the failed payments, Npower Batch C Volunteers with failed transaction, transfer not successful are all under failed payment, once payment is restarted you will be credited.

Npower batch c volunteers with other issues such as names mismatch, incorrect account details, wrong BVN, invalid BVN, and several other issues that has to do with payments should call 018888148 press 1 then send in your Npower ID to the Npower customer service agent and wait for your issues to be resolved.
