It is observed that quite a number of Npower volunteers have been having series of difficulties with the informations on their business plan, although in some states the NEXIT training officers specifically said a greater part of the business plan will be completed and sent for the Npower volunteers, yet, some Npower volunteers continue to experience some challenges with the business plan.

Npower have provided a constructive reply to an Npower volunteer having challenges with the business plan;

"Please Npower, help me. How can I safely send my application for the loan. I am seeing lot of links and I don't know the safe one to upload my details. Thanks."

In addition to the above Npower Volunteers should take note; if your business plan have been adjusted by the NEXIT training officers it cannot be edited by the Npower volunteer after final adjustments have been made by the NEXIT training officers.
