According to Npower News Tuesday August 21st 2023, Npower batch c beneficiaries that cannot login to the Npower portal are to continue trying to login into the Npower portal until they are able to login, the Npower technical team is aware of the Npower portal login error and soon all Npower batch c beneficiaries will be granted access to the Npower portal. Npower batch c beneficiaries previously with Beneficiary on the overview page of their Npower portal but now applicant will have to keep observing their Npower portal the error will be reversed soon, Npower batch c applicants that were converted to Npower beneficiaries should also keep observing their Npower portal for changes on their payroll, shortlisted Npower batch c beneficiaries with empty payroll should kindly note that their payroll is empty because their payment has not been initiated yet, once their payment is initiated then their payroll will be updated. Npower batch c beneficiaries with missing information on their Npower portal are to update their details as instructed, if missing details fails to update then the Npower batch c beneficiary should keep observing the Npower portal and continue trying until all missing details on the Npower portal are finally uploaded, Npower batch c beneficiaries should ignore account verification and thumbprinting on the Npower portal for now until further directives. 

According to Npower News on Npower validation, Npower batch c beneficiaries with no Npower payment issues are not to complete the Npower validation process, the Npower validation process is only for Npower batch c beneficiaries with Npower payment issues and for Npower batch c beneficiaries that failed to provide their account details during the Npower preregistration, Npower batch c beneficiaries are advised to always provide the same account details on their Npower portal during Npower validation in order to avoid delayed payment, Npower batch c beneficiaries that provided another account details during Npower validation must edit the account details on their Npower portal to match the account details on their Npower validation records in order to avoid delayed payments. Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries will be paid October, November and December stipend these stipends are ongoing and will continue to be reinitiated until all payments are cleared, with respect to Npower payment for January to July, Npower batch c beneficiaries should note that the payment for these months will be initiated soon as a new Minister has been onboarded, Npower batch c stream 2 beneficiaries are advised to kindly exercise patience they will be paid. Payment for non graduate categories will also be initiated soon.

Npower registration has not started yet although reports have it online that there is an Npower registration link in circulation, prospective Npower applicants have been advised to tread with caution when using such registration and application links.
