Npower News: Federal Government Reactivates Npower

According to Npower News, the Federal Government says it has reactivated Npower, the conditional cash transfer scheme, the government enterprise and empowerment programme, and the home-grown school feeding initiative.The Minister of Finance and the Coordinating Minister of the Economy, Wale Edun, revealed this at the ministerial sectoral briefing to mark the first year in office of the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's administration in Abuja.

According to Npower News, Npower was suspended for six weeks, as part of an investigation of alleged malfeasance in the management of the National Social Investment Programmes Agency and the scheme.
