Npower NEXIT: How To Fix "SP Services Time Out" Issue

Recently the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs through the special assistant on media and publicity told all Npower Batch A and Npower Batch B to confirm their NEXIT status by dialling *45665# and input either their BVN or phone number, while some Npower Batch A and B volunteers were successful in performing this task, other NPower Batch A and B volunteers have not been really successful in performing this task, most Npower Batch A and B volunteers complain that after dialling the ussd code, they receive the message "SP Services Time Out" some Npower Batch C Volunteers were not even contacted at all.

Please if you are having the SP error issue, contact MTN customer care by dialling 180, and follow the voice prompts to speak to the customer care agent, as this is a service issue.
